Designed for triathletes to improve their swimming skills, endurance & speed. Early season will focus on stroke technique & kick. Mid-season will focus on speed. Late season & summer will focus on pace work.

Adult Program

  • All practices will include tri skills and practice options
    Monday 7:30 – 9:00 p.m.
    Tuesday 6:00 – 7:30 a.m. (C/F) 9:30 – 11:00 a.m.
    Wednesday 7:30 – 9:00 p.m.
    Friday 6:00 – 7:30 am (C/F) 9:30 – 11:00 a.m.
    Sunday 7:30 – 9:30 a.m. (1.5 hr. + 1/2 hr. variety)
